6th Project Steering Committee meeting

The 6th steering committee meeting of the RESADE project convened by ICBA in collaboration with the National Agricultural Research and Development Institute (NARDI) in Gaborone, Botswana, from the 9th to the 10th of December 2025. During the meeting, progress updates on project implementation in Sierra Leone were presented, including key achievements and ongoing activities. The discussions also highlighted areas requiring improvement, with constructive feedback provided to strengthen implementation efficiency, coordination, and impact going forward. The participants also visited a project demonstration site in Kweneng District and interacted with project beneficiaries.
