Farmers training on Biochar production and application Mozambique

A two-day Farmer Field School on biochar production and application, combining theoretical training and practical field demonstrations, was conducted from the 8th -10th of October 2025 in Chokwe district. The training equipped farmers with skills on the fabrication of biochar-making equipment, biochar production, and biochar application. A total of 126 farmers were trained, including 72 women and 54 men.
