Hands on Training in Machinery Operations in Liberia

A total of 213 farmers, including 195 women were trained. Farmer Field Schools approach was used to bridge knowledge gaps and meet the needs of local farmers. The training focused on imparting knowledge on addressing food security issues through the use of machinery and essential production factors, including soil preparation.

As part of the project, RESADE also provided the machines to be used by farmers and farmer cooperatives in Liberia.
