Strengthening partnerships: RESADE Innovations showcased during IFAD BoLCoP Mission in Botswana

In April 2025, the IFAD mission for the Botswana Livestock Commercialization Project (BoLCoP) visited Botswana to engage with the RESADE Implementation team and RESADE project beneficiaries in the villages of Lentsweletau and Gakuto. The mission aimed to review RESADE’s achievements and explore potential collaboration under the upcoming BoLCoP project. During the visit to Gakuto village, beneficiaries trained by RESADE in food safety and processing showcased a variety of value-added products, including sorghum muffins, sorghum cake, and watermelon juice, highlighting the project’s impact on skills development and local entrepreneurship.
