A total of 85 farmers, of which 38.8 % male and 61.2% female attended the training. The training was divided into two parts: The first part was dedicated to the basic concept of food quality, techniques for improving food quality and preservation, importance of some food crops on human health, particularly for people suffering from diabetes and other chronical illness. The second part of the training was dedicated to hands-on making different food recipes.
